Beginning her career in 1983 as the production manager on the cult classic The Toxic Avenger, Caroline has worked on numerous projects, serving as the associate producer for the hit TV series The Wonder Years and co-producing such films as Center Stage, Flawless, Addicted to Love, and Mira Nair’s Kama Sutra. Caroline also produced Witness to the Mob for Tribeca Productions with Robert DeNiro and Jane Rosenthal. Nominated for an Oscar for her work on Capote, Caroline most recently won a Golden Globe for her work on the Amazon Original series Mozart in the Jungle. In 1999, motivated by reports of families fleeing their homes in Kosovo, Caroline founded the non-profit organization FilmAid International, which brings films and video to refugees and displaced around the world, providing life-saving information, easing psychological suffering, fostering understanding, and engaging the mind.
